Services We Offer
Basic Web Sites
Most church sites will include the following general sections. This is, of course, just a guideline to give you some ideas. You can have a many or as few pages as you need.

Home Page. This is what someone will see when they arrive at your site. This page will have some combination of your church logo, mission statement, verse, service times, even a letter from the pastor . . . enough to encourage visitors to continue looking through your site.
News Page. Keep visitors as well as your congregation up-to-date on upcoming events. You can even include a calendar.
Missions. Tell your visitors about God's work around the globe.
Ministries. Visitors (and even church members) want to know what types of ministries you offer such as children's activities, youth groups, ladies' groups, men's groups, choirs, etc.
Contact/Prayer Request Form. This page would contain a form that visitors can fill out to request information or submit a prayer request.
The above list is a simple guideline to get you started. Your site can be as large or as small as you want. If you aren't sure how big your site should be, you can always start small and grow as you see fit.
Image Enhancement / Alteration
Everything from cropping pictures to taking the red-eye out of personal photos, we can adjust colors and shades to make your picture look great on the web.
Domain Name Registration
You can have a web site without a domain name, but the trend is to register and use a name that is only yours. With a format of www.yourchurch.com, we can fill out all the registration information and get your name registered with the agency that clears all domain names on the web. Currently, the cost of registering for a domain name includes the rights to that name for two years.
Hosting / Email
We can also host your site. Web sites are stored on special computers called web servers. These web servers are connected to the internet 24/7 so that your visitors can see your site any time, day or night. We experience very little downtime, if your site is not viewable for any reason, just give us a call and we will take care of the problem for you.
When you host with us, you also receive unlimited email POP accounts (as well as email forwarding). This means that you can setup emails tied to your domain name (for example: pastor@yourchurch.com, or secretary@yourchurch.com)
Updates
Keeping your site updated is one of the ways to encourage people to return. Some churches will only need to update from time to time while others will want regular weekly or monthly updates. We will design a plan that works for you.
Charges
Like a homebuilder, only after all the options and variables are specified can we deliver a firm price quote. You will receive a written proposal outlining the site to be built, the expected construction schedule, and the price.
